Real Estate Management and Valuation (REMV) is an interdisciplinary, international peer-reviewed, and open-access journal concerned with new theoretical and practical insights that improve our understanding of real estate sciences.

REMV publishes high-quality original papers on the theoretical and practical aspects of real estate economics, finance, investment, valuation, and management. The interdisciplinary nature of the journal results from drawing from a wide variety of disciplines, including economics, geography, land use, planning, law, sociology, surveying, and construction. Since 2013, the journal has been published under the auspices of the Polish Real Estate Scientific Society and is supported by an International Editorial Board.

The journal has established its scientific position, being indexed in major international databases and currently holding an Impact Factor of 0.80, an H-index of 9, and a CiteScore of 1.7. These metrics confirm both its growing visibility and citation impact in the global academic community.

Real Estate Management and Valuation welcomes contributions on the real estate market and related issues in any international, national, cross-national or local context. The journal aims to publish high-quality interdisciplinary articles that have theoretical and practical relevance to the real estate market. The editors are particularly interested in broadening the scope of real estate research and academic debate on all aspects of real estate, including geospatial analyses, econometrics and forecasting, and smart and green real estate.
