Please note Virtual attendance includes access to a limited and selected number of sessions, hereunder opening ceremony and keynote sessions. Attendance will be in listening mode. It is possible to write questions in live sessions. Recordings of other sessions will be published soonest possible after the session.
The attendance is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Please note that presenters are requested to attend in person. Authors who register for online participation will have their papers in the programme/proceedings, connected to a session. It is possible to submit a video presentation that will be added to the programme/proceedings, but will not be shown in the session.

Conference Bag choice

At each conference a conference bag is included in the fee. We will continue to offer a bag for those who are interested. If you are not interested in a bag and do not want to use it, we give the option that the organisers will in stead donate a sum equivalent to the bag price to a charity. If you are invited as complimentary guest and there is no payment involved (the total sum of the registration is zero), please choose "I will use bank transfer".
