The main conference hotel is Hanoi Daewoo Hotel. The organisers of the FIG Regional Conference have reserved rooms at following three conference hotels: Hanoi Daewoo Hotel (5-stars), Baoson International (4-stars) and La Thanh Hotel (3-stars).

The organisers will organise transfers between Hanoi Daewoo Hotel, Baoson International Hotel and La Thanh hotel and the National Conference Centre 19, 20 and 21 October 2009 in the morning and after the technical sessions and to and from social events.

Special room rates apply for the FIG Regional Conference and reservations shall be made directly to the hotels (by using a specific form or by email) as described below. Book your hotel by 15 August 2009.

Cancellation policy:

Any individual cancellation advised 30 days, 14 days and 7 days and 48 hours prior to actual arrival will be charged 30%, 50%, 80% and 100% on the total room charge respectively.

• Any cancellation of room charge 45 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the first night charges and 50% of the total cost.

• Any cancellation of room charge advised 30 days prior to arrival date will be incurred 70% of the first night charges and 70% of the total cost

• Any cancellation of room charge advised 15 days prior to arrival date or no-show will incur 100% of the total charge of the first night charges and 100% of the total cost

• Any cancellation of room charge advised 7 days prior to arrival date or no-show will incur 100% of the total charge of the lengthen stay charges.
