Conference Registration

The registration fee for conference participants includes conference attendance, proceedings (CD-ROM, optional), lunches and 2 coffee breaks 19-21 October and welcome reception, Vietnamese evening and farewell dinner. The tour to Ha Long Bay is included in the registraton fee for international participants.

You are advised to register on-line on the web site. Alternatively a registration form can be requested and returned electronically  to the FIG Office (email: fig@fig.net), or by fax (+ 45 3886 0252).

Costs

Payments can be made either by

• By credit card (VISA, Mastercard) when registering online
   
• By faxing or emailing the credit card information to the FIG Office. This can be done by filling out the form that is shown at the end of the online registration. Simply print out the form and fax it to +45 38 86 02 52, or
   
• By bank transfer. For bank account information and payment details please contact the FIG Office, email: fig@fig.net 

NOTE: There will be a charge for using a credit card (3.75 %) or bank transfer  (15 EUR) as indicated in the online registration/registration form.

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellations after registration the following policy on refunds will be used:

• By 15 August 2009 – full refund minus administration fee of € 50
• After 15 August to 15 September 2009 – 50 % of all payments
• After 15 September 2009 – No refund.
