Proceedings of the conference will be available on CD-ROM (optional) as well as the FIG’s web page www.fig.net/pub/vietnam

Draft technical programme including the names of speakers and titles is available on the conference web site.

Papers shall be submitted in English with a summary in English and one other language (optional). The conference will be held in English.
