SENIOR LAND TENURE OFFICER

FAO is seeking a Senior Land Tenure Officer for their unit: Climate, Energy and Tenure Division (NRC) for a 2 year period. The duty station is Rome, Italy. Under the supervision of the Deputy Director, NRC, the incumbent will provide technical support to programme and policy activities relating to land tenure and land administration within the framework of the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests in the context of National Food Security.

TENURE-TRACK INSTRUCTOR POSITION, GEOMATICS ENGINEERING

The position requires experience in teaching both small and large classes over a range of undergraduate and graduate courses in Geomatics Engineering with emphasis on surveying (including but not restricted to fundamental field surveying, precise engineering and deformation surveying, cadastral surveying, hydrographic surveying, GNSS surveying, laser scanning, etc.) is required.
Ability to teach programming courses will be an asset.
