Horncastle Arena is only 4.5 km from the center of Christchurch and the bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. The routes and timetables will the announced closer to the conference.

A valid credit card must be submitted to make all bookings. This
credit card will be used via a secure site to debit the total cost of
the accommodation confirmed. Once your credit card has been
processed, we will email your Confirmation Voucher to you, which MUST BE
retained for check-in purposes.
Your credit card will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. The cost of
your booking is converted using our bank’s exchange rates on the day of
the transaction.
All cancellations and amendments must be made by emailing res@ubooktrip.com or by fax +64-3-358-5012.
Cancellations up to 2 days prior to the check in date a cancellation fee of NZ$ 25.00 will be charged.
Cancellations within 2 days of the check in date, no refund will be given. The same will apply if the client does not show up at a property.
Travel time from the airport to the city centre is approximately 15-20 minutes.
