CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the Registration Secretariat by email: fig2015@cic.events.

The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original transaction.

  • Cancellation of a confirmed registration by February 16, 2015 will be subject to an administrative fee of 50 EUR per participant.
  • On or after February 17, 2015 up to April 6, 2015 - 50% of all payments except hotel cancellations.
  • Please note that if you cancel after April 6, 2015, no refund will be possible.
  • The cancellation will not be effective until a written acknowledgement from the Registration Secretariat is received.
