Modernization of
the registration system for rights in public land –
Conception, development and implementation of the Register of
the Domain of the State giving an integrated overview of all the
rights and constraints affecting public land in Québec.
Promotion of the required legislative amendments before the
minister and other organizations involved in the process of
registration of rights and constraints ($18 million).

International
GeoConference Québec 2007 – Co-president of the largest
congress of surveying and geomatics ever organized in Quebec
which gathered 1200 participants from 40 countries. In charge of
international relations and governmental partnerships. Co-chair
of the FIG Commission 7 Workshop on land administration and
sustainable development, which attracted 50 delegates from 20
countries and 5 international organizations.
