"Spatial Information Management for Sustainable Development of Real
Estate Market"
Best Practice Guidelines in Nation-wide Land Administration
Athens, Greece 28-31 May 2003
The programme of the Workshop will be devoted to the updating of the
UN "Land Administration Guidelines" version 1996.
Land Administration is defined as the process whereby land and the
information about land may be effectively managed. The aim is to outline
the benefit of having a relevant and reliable land information system in
place.
Host Organizations
The Technical Chamber of Greece is the main host Organization
and sponsor of the Workshop.
The Hellenic Association of Rural and Surveying Engineers and
the "Hellenic Cadastre - KTIMATOLOGIO S.A." and the National
Technical University of Athens will also contribute to the Workshop
organizational activities.
