General Assembly appointed Mr. Robert Šinkner from Czech
Republic as
the Chair of Commission 10 for 2011-2014.

Mr. Andrew Morley from United Kingdom was appointed by the
General Assembly in Athens as the Chair Elect of Commission 10 for
2004-2006. He will be the chair of the commission 2006-2010. Andrew is
working at the
CCM Associates Limited in
Peterborough and is also Chair of Commission 10 WG 10.3.
