Mr. Yaacoub Saade from Lebanon was appointed by the General Assembly in Athens as the Chair Elect of Commission 1 for 2004-2006. He will be the chair of the commission 2006-2010. Jack is working as Director of Researches at the Order of Surveyors-Lebanon.
