The menu is a traditional Greek dinner with appetizers, salad, main course (choice between lamp, chicken or pork), Greek wine and dessert. A show with traditional live Greek music and folkloristic dances is offered.

Part of the fee goes to the FIG Foundation to support especially young surveyors in their research projects.
